My Diamond is 15 years old and was diagnosed with spleen cancer and gallbladder stones stuck in the bile duct causing her to leak bile, fever and no energy whatsoever (stopped moving, using the rr, and eating). Too big to hide in anything, dog spits it out & it's supposed to be given on an empty stomach. Even if they did eat it & chewed it the directions say not to crush so that leaves shoving it down the throat, not an easy task with some dogs & I imagine impossible with a cat.
I'm using the small dog/cat size & it's still pretty big.

We use this product for our two shelties with liver/gall bladder issues. It has been effective.
