Industry-only formulation to effectively manage urinary tract health in dogs and cats.
- Formulation includes high dosage levels of potassium citrate to prevent the formation of calcium oxalate sotnes in the bladder.
- Increasing the citrate levels in the urine resilts in the calcium binding with the citrate instead of to oxalate, which is a desirable event, since calcium citrate tends to stay dissolved whereas calcium oxalate tends to precipitate out as a mineral deposit (i.e. stones).
- Supplemental potassium will increase urine alkalinity, which will further inhibit stone formation.
- Includes cranberry extract, which has been shown to enhance urinary tract health.

Recommended Use: The following dosage schedule is recommended for the daily administration of Pala-Tech™ Potassium Citrate Plus Cranberry Granules. Consult with your veterinarian to determine the proper dosage amount and schedule for each individual animal prescribed this product.
Cats: Administer 1 scoop (5 grams) per day.
Dogs: Administer 1 scoop ( 5 grams) per day for every 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) of body weight.
Do not exceed 30 grams (6 scoops) per day.
Administration: A 5-gram scoop is enclosed in the container for accurate dosing. Measure out the prescribed daily dose and adminsiter over the pet's food. Product may be mixed with food to facilitate complete consumption. Our vet put my beagle on this product because she was subject to UTIs. Have found that the price through vet offices ranges from $25 to $40 so was happy to be able to purchase from Healthy Pets. Annie is 9-1/2 and will be on this product for the rest or her life - besides she loves it.

My vet charges $30 for this same product; same size. I was so greatful to have found it here at half the price. My dog takes this to prevent kidney stones.

This supplement is the only thing that keeps my Jack Russel from getting kidney stones. I was paying my veterinarian $30 for this product but not anymore. Sure thank Healty Pets for providing this product at a good price.
