Dechra Malacetic Ultra - Otic Cleanser for Dogs, Cats and Horses with Ketoconazole & Hydrocortisone Broad Spectrum Cleanser
A multi-cleanse flush for topical, anti-fungal, and antibacterial use for dogs, cats and horses.
Active Ingredients:
1% Acetic Acid, 2% Boric Acid, 0.15% Ketoconazole, 1% Hydrocortisone, ceramides
Directions:
SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Apply liberally to affected area, gently but firmly massage. Repeat as necessary or as directed by a veterinarian.

Not as Good

I used this ear cleaner for my dogs for a few years then I could not find it for a few months recently. Finally got it and it is not the same one I used. I loved the odor with the previous ones; this is pretty much the same as the Malacetic (without the Ultra). Very disappointed.
I plan to stick to this brand because my dogs have not had any ear infections or issues. I may just get the Malacetic (without the Ultra) and save some money.
Not the same prodiuct.
