Description
Virbac Knockout Area Treatment Spray is an aerosol house spray containing synthetic pyrethroids to quickly kill adult and larval fleas and ticks. Prevents subsequent flea infestations for up to 4 months (120 days). Pyriproxyfen (NYLAR Insect Growth Regulator) inhibits flea growth and kills fleas before they reach the adult biting stage.

Useful Information
Hold can 2 or 3 feet away from surfaces to be treated. Be sure to apply uniformly using a sweeping motion to carpets, rugs, drapes and all surfaces of upholstered furniture. Be sure to treat all surfaces of pet bedding as this is a primary hiding place for fleas. No need to remove pet bedding after treatment. DO NOT TREAT PETS. Use a registered flea control product on your pets in conjunction with this treatment. Avoid wetting furniture and carpeting. A fine mist or spray applied uniformly is all that is necessary to kill fleas and ticks.
PRECAUTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:
Do not enter or allow others to enter the treated area until the sprays have dried. Do not allow people or pets to enter treated areas until vapors, mists, and aerosols have dispersed, and the treated area has been thoroughly ventilated. Remove pets, birds, and cover fish aquariums and ornamental fish ponds before spraying, and turn aquarium systems off. Do not apply when food is present. Cover all food processing surfaces and utensils during treatment or thoroughly was utensils before use. Do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children, or pets, either directly or through drift.
Storage AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.
Pesticide Storage: Store in a cool dry place inaccessible to children and away from heat and open flame. Store away from food and pet food.
Pesticide Disposal and Container Handling: Do not puncture or Incinerate!
If Empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling, if available.
If party filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
HAZARDS TO HUMANS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Harmful if absorbed through skin. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes, and chemical resistant gloves (such as barrier laminate, nitrile rubber, or viton). Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum or using tobacco. Avoid contamination of feed and foodstuffs.
FIRST AID
If on Skin or Clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a Poison COntrol Center or doctor for treatment advice.
If Swallowed: Call a Poison COntrol Center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sup a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by the Poison Control Center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
If in Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for treatment advice.
If Inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a Poison Control Center or doctor for further treatment advice.

Great product, it keeps the fleas and ticks away from the inside of the dog house. It's the same product that
the animal clinic uses and sells. But, it's cheaper to order online, then to purchase from the animal clinic.
Great product, because it's in a aerial spray can, easy to apply.

Great Area Treatment

This product is fantastic; I originally purchased this product when my dog had fleas. It helps to eliminate fleas and worked fast. Once the fleas were gone, I started using the spray for ants and other small bugs and found it worked better that Raid or other bug killing products. Since my dog has gone to “Rainbow Ridge”, I still order and use the spray for eliminating bugs. Thank you for this product.
Works Fast and can be used for other bugs.

Thank you for the super fast shipping. I ordered on Wednesday and I had the product in hand by Friday. Which is so important because we have been overrun by fleas this summer. I used this product years ago and went to the vet and bought a can. Well I decided to look it up online and soooo glad I did, I got two cans including shipping for the price of one can at the vet's office.

I was at the end of my rope with the fleas in my house. I\'d spent too much money on so many other products... sprays, powders, foggers... nothing worked like this product. I paid almost twice as much since I bought it from the vet when I bought frontline for my cats. But even for $17 it was well worth it. I wish I would have known about this earlier in the summer before we suffered with the fleas for so long!
