The first time I ordered this product I received an email receipt right away and arrived in less than a week. More ordered on jan 6th. No email receipt but money was taken from my account. Waited until 1-11 to call and check order status. Customer service was very polite and did some searching to find out product is on backorder until 1-23 and will be shipped shortly after. Called again on 1-24 and still no email regarding order. They said it's in stock and will ship soon. On 1-25 I got an email with tracking # saying it will arrive 1-30. Three weeks after i ordered is the first email about my order (besides one asking me if my pet loved the product I don't have yet). My cat is old and not going to be around much longer. I need these to help keep him happy and as healthy as possible. I would've ordered from somewhere else if i knew it was going to be this long. I made 2 extra trips out of town to pick up more as that's the only place near me that has these. The product is great, phone customer service as well but the lack of communication about delays is disappointing. I'm patient but almost a month is too long without being alerted of product being out of stock.
