    To prevent hairballs - Give orally a strip of 1.25 cm (1/2 inch) per 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of body weight, 1 to 2 times per week. Brush coat frequently.

    Caution:
    If cat's condition worsens or does not improve, consult your veterinarian.

    I like Sentry HC Petromalt because it works ! I have 5 cats , and 2 of them are longhairs. I hate all the long fine hair and I do shave my longhairs 4 times a year. They love being shaved and run around with their tails in the air when they get home from the groomer , but I do use the hairball relief during the time between shaves . ALSO this product is really good for constipation. One of my short haired cats had hard poops , The vet told me to use a combination of Metamucil and Petromalt daily and it works . Her poops are a lot better now . The cats don't like it when I give it to them but I just gently open their mouth and stick a small blob on the back of their tongue and it goes down pretty easy.

    My longhair cat loves this product. Without it she coughs due to her cleaning so much. This and brushing keep her happy.

    This is the only one (original formula) that my cat loves. He washes himself constantly so he lickes up a lot of fur. He loves the fish flavor and if I didn\'t control the amount I give him, he\'d eat the entire tube. I like it because it\'s not greasy and the ointment doesn\'t separate like some where the oil leaks out first.
