Description

GlycoFlex 2 offers a comprehensive support for joints and connective tissue health that helps with recovery from sprains, joint injuries, and as a follow-up to orthopedic surgeries. Stage 2 contains perna canaliculus, glucosamine HC1, DMG (dimethylglycine), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), and manganese for added joint support. MSM also provides added comfort during recovery. For use in cats only.

Ingredients

Active Ingredients Per 2 Chews:
Perna canaliculus (GlycOmega™ brand Green-Lipped Mussel) 300 mg
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 250 mg
Glucosamine HCl (Shrimp and Crab) 250 mg
N,N-Dimethylglycine HCl (DMG) 50 mg
Manganese (Mn Proteinate) 5 mg

Inactive Ingredients: brewers yeast, calcium sulfate, canola oil, chicken liver flavor, citric acid, glycerin, maltodextrin, mixed tocopherols, propionic acid, rosemary extract, silicon dioxide, sodium alginate, soy lecithin, vegetable oil, whey.

Useful Information

Initial: (4 - 6 Weeks)
Give 2 chews per 10 lbs of body weight, daily.
Maintenance: (After initial period)
Give 1 chew per 10 lbs of body weight, daily.

If giving more than 1 soft chew daily, divide between AM and PM.

CAUTION: Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.

Glyco-Flex II Feline Chews

My cat started having a locked jaw whenever she yawned too wide. I would have to manipulate her jaw until it unlocked causing her great distress. After several times rushing to the vet, he suggested this supplement. Since keeping her on a regular schedule of 1 per day now, she hasn't had another episode with her jaw locking. This is a wonderful product.
It is what it claims to be. A great joint lubricant.

My old cat\'s legs started clicking when she\'d get up after sleeping. I figured it was time for a joint supplement. She likes the taste so she sees them as a daily treat and they seem to be working. She\'s not so stiff and I no longer here the clicking.

Both cats love these, and between these and a Bravo raw diet (plus Evo canned and dry) they have lost weight, getting around great, and improved coats. Will run for their treats, use to never get off the couch.
