ElizaSoft Recovery Collar - XS (4 in)

First learned about this brand when my cat had surgery. I have since purchased similar cones for our dogs and kittens. The XS size is ispecially useful for kittens where I haven't even seen the rigid plastic ones and other soft models are heavy. There are strings that help adjust the circumference to the size of the pet's neck.
And the price here is very competitive.

Low cost. Easy to put on small pet or remove. Size fits our 8.5 pound small cat perfectly. Surprisingly durable even with sharp toenails on the hind legs. Easy to tie in the back. We use ours to protect a feeding tube.

Quite disappointed, not in the product itself, just in the lack of clarity in the ordering. The entire item is a collar, so stating collar circumference does not clarify the part that ties around the animals neck or the opposite seam. I measured my cats neck, which was 6.5in, then I sent for the collar that was 6.5 inches, only for it to be massive. The collars tie circumference is not the measurement of the cat's neck. Nor is the depth. So confusing. I have wasted money on expedited shipping, and my poor 15 year old kitty still has this gigantic hard plastic cone on his head :( Off to buy a neck donut from a local pet shop. Had this been clearer on how to measure and size both pet and collar, purchase may have been more successful.
