Cosequin DS Plus MSM

My basset hound was 4 1/2 when I adopted her a little over two years ago. I noticed that she limped occasionally. After various xrays, my Vet said Emmy had hip dysplasia. I immediately started her on Cosequin DS Plus MSM. Her recent hip xrays show that the hip dysplasia is slightly worse. But I have not seen Emmy limp in the last two years.
Last month I adopted a 12 year old basset hound. Poor thing walks like an old lady. After reviewing Wendy's xrays, and finding arthritis in her front feet and ankles and in her thoracic and lumbar spine, I started her on Cosequin DS Plus MSM. I'll have to wait a month or two, before I find out if this supplement works for her.

Works very well

The product works well on our 11-year-old male Sheltie. He is a larger Sheltie, weighing 55 lbs. He has been moving slowly for about 2 years before we used this product. Now, I'm not saying that he runs around in circles, but he does navigate steps better. Also, when he gets up from lying down, he has less problem performing this movement.
Works very well.
Our dog will not eat it without some additional flavoring. We use a dab of smooth peanut butter that he likes.
