C.E.T. Aquadent Ok for our dogs

Our Bichon Friese has used this product for over 4 years with no side effects. Follow the dosage on the lable remembering that more is not always better. We have a new 3 yr old terrier mix added to the family and they share the drinking water. Both are about 22lbs. Our vet recommned it, gives it to his dogs and verified this morning that he still uses it. In the link below you will find a statement: "Keep in mind that there are some veterinary products that contain small amounts of xylitol (e.g., gabapentin medication, mouthwashes). At prescribed doses, these should not result in xylitol poisoning; however, if ingested in large amounts, can potentially result in poisoning"

xylitol is poisonous to dogs.this has xylitol. be careful not too give too much of this to your dog or choose a product without xylitol just to be safe.

This product was recommended to me by our vet as part of a regimen for dental health. It is super-easy to add this to our dogs\' drinking water and when combined with daily brushing with CET toothpaste, it really seems to have kept our dogs\' teeth and gums healthy and their breath fresh.
