17week old puppy. Ok to administer for flea control .

I would contact your vet and ask them if this is okay to use since your puppy is only 17 weeks

Is this product safe for 5 lb. three month old kittens and also expecting mama cats? If so, how much is safe and how often?

Hello, Tinana, I contacted the manufacture and they said that this is okay to use on cats that are older 1 years old or older. You can give them 1/2 teaspoon daily. They don't recommend this product on pregnant cats or kittens
