This treat given once a day has saved many of my dogs from having Dental problems. Even breeds who are known to have gum as well as dental disease, probably due to the way they are raised, have overcome them with Bonies.

Max is a Westie 13yrs. old he likes to crawl under a bed to nap. When he crawled out he had a terrible limp. We took him to the vet, he got x rays and a steroid. That helped but every time he crawled out he was limping. I ordered the Bonies for hip & joint and now there is no more limping. What a great fix for a wonderful dog and family member.

Actually, the blade is designed to work at the spiecfic revolutions of the machine, so using it in anything else would probably result in overheating, warping and loss of teeth. In the worst case you could have pieces of blade fragment and turn to shrapnel. Anyway, the motor is very good, the torque is great and the thing is not even expensive, so why not give it a try? Mine is just fine.

We used to get Greenies but now we get Bonies and they are much better! They are harder and take longer to chew and that is good because it cleans our teeth better. And the vet said that he does not need to professionally clean our teeth this year because there is very little plaque on them!

I recieved a sample of this bone with my last order. The day before the vet had told us that our dog needed to use a dental treat more frequently. I gave her the bone.. which she hesitantly sniffed - and then devoured! It took her some time to chew it - which is great for a tooth treat!
