GlycoFlex 2 offers a comprehensive support for joints and connective tissue health that helps with recovery from sprains, joint injuries, and as a follow-up to orthopedic surgeries. Stage 2 contains perna canaliculus, glucosamine HC1, DMG (dimethylglycine), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), and manganese for added joint support. MSM also provides added comfort during recovery. Initial: (4 - 6 Weeks) Up to 30 lbs: 1 chew daily 31 - 60 lbs: 2 chews daily 61 - 100 lbs: 4 chews daily 101 lbs and over: 5 chews daily Maintenance: (After initial period) Up to 30 lbs: 1 chew every other day 31 - 60 lbs: 1 chew daily 61 - 100 lbs: 2 chews daily 101 lbs and over: 3 chews daily If giving more than 1 chew daily, divide between AM and PM.
CAUTION: Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If lameness worsens, discontinue use and contact your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset.
WARNING: For animal use only. Keep out of the reach of children and animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately.

these were recommended by my vet, the perna mussel in these was actually shown in a study to help joints, they do seem to help my dogs, I have been using it for over 10 years

This product helped my dog a lot. Before I put him on this he was lame behind. Within a month of being on this he is no longer lame and runs and plays as if he was three agian.

Had to quit it.
We'd been using GlycoFlex for years on one dog and started on the other. Just happened to have blood work done and liver enzymes were high on that dog. So we had to take him off everything including the GlycoFlex. Another blood test and numbers were down to normal. Then started re-introducing on the GlycoFlex and the numbers were up again. Then another blood test without the GlycoFlex and numbers were back to normal. My vet said it was hard to believe the GlycoFlex was doing it but was pretty sure it was. We tested our other dog on it and the numbers were normal. I looked up on a human site and it did say green lipped muscle could cause liver malfunction. So now have stopped giving it altogether which is a shame as I had just started the first of the two pack. MAYBE IT SHOULD BE LISTED AS A SIDE EFFECT OF HIGH LIVER ENZYMES.

dog loved them
my dog loves these, she is 11 and was limping, went to the vet for drugs they made her sick. these have stopped her limping. I tryed the joint max, she hated them and they stained the carpet. Im a happy pet owner, and a satisfied customer.
