Location change can cause a behavioral problem for your cat. It will take your cat some getting used to in order to fully adapt to their new environment. You should be able to monitor your cats eating behavior and see if you notice any irregularities in it. Also since you moved to a new location you might want to check your cat for fleas. Many people believe fleas are only present during spring and summer but in fact they can be present year long. Fleas transmit tapeworms which can also cause your cat to lose weight. If you don't notice a significant difference in your cats appetite please consult your vet. |
