Description

API Pond Stress Coat Water Conditioner is an essential water treatment for setting up a pond, adding new fish or changing pond water. It works to remove chlorine, chloramines and ammonia from tap water for the ideal environment. This conditioner is also formulated to form a synthetic slime coating to replace your fish's natural slime coat which can be lost or damaged due to handling, netting or other forms of stress. Pond Stress Coat helps prevent the loss of electrolytes, and it contains aloe vera to help heal torn fins and wounds and promote regeneration of damaged tissue. Keep your water clean and your finned friends healthy with this easy-to-use additive.

Key Benefits:

  • Dual action additive makes tap water safe and protects your fish in your freshwater pond.
  • Conditions water by removing chlorine, chloramines and ammonia and neutralizing heavy metals.
  • Forms a synthetic slime coating to replace the natural secretion of slime that is interrupted by stress.
  • Aloe vera helps to heal wounds and promote regeneration of damaged tissue.
  • Helps reduce fish stress which may lower susceptibility of disease and infection.
