The QUICK MUZZLE is designed as a short-term, temporary restraint aid to help reduce the risk of bites. With a proper, snug fit the animal’s ability to pant is reduced. This could compromise that animal’s natural cooling system, or restrict the ability to clear their airway, should it become blocked. This could produce a life-threatening situation. The muzzle should only be used with another form of restraint – IN A CONTROLLED SUPERVISED SETTING. SAFE ANIMAL CONTROL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HANDLER.
