Shipping is provided at a flat fee per-order rate. For ground shipping the cost is only $4.95 per order regardless of the number of items! Regular ground shipping takes 4 to 7 business days. Priority 2-3 day shipping is also available at an extra $2.00 per order. All of our products are sold at discounted prices. Free shipping for orders over $100!
For some heavier shipments, only ground shipping may be available. If this is the case, any priority/air shipping charges you have selected will be credited to you before shipping.
International Orders: We ship via Express Mail. For most international orders, shipping is
approximately $36.50. Shipping is automatically
calculated when you enter your address information.
Overnight shipping is available for $29.95 for all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Most overnight orders will ship via FEDEX. Restrictions: Prescription orders will only ship overnight upon receipt of the prescription. Therefore, overnight prescription orders may take more than 24 hours to arrive. There is no weekend delivery, so orders shipped Friday overnight will arrive Monday. There are size limits for overnight orders. Generally, the maximum size is roughly 3-6 bottles or average sized items. If you have selected overnight shipping and your order is too large, your order will be shipped Priority instead and the overnight fee will not be charged. The cut off time for these orders to be shipped on the same day they are placed is 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST). Any order placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.

Returns may be made within 4 weeks of purchase. Any newly
packaged, unopened product may be returned. A full refund will
be given upon return of items. We recommend sending
returns to us by UPS or insured receipt and in a secure box for your protection.
Placing and order
1. Place an item(s) in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button, which is located below the product description on each product page.
2. Choose "Check Out" at the bottom of your shopping cart after you are done shopping. You can also choose "Express checkout with Yahoo wallet" but you must register through Yahoo after clicking on this button or provide your Yahoo account login.
Prior to checking out, you can also click on the Register button (optional) to create a login and password for easy repeat ordering, so you don't have to re-enter information every time you order.
3. Complete the checkout process by providing billing and shipping information.
4. Submit a valid credit card. You can also choose the Check/Money Order payment option but you must write a check payable to HealthyPets.com and mail it to the
address above to shipment.

Only one coupon or special offer can be redeemed at any one time. Coupons / promotional offers may not be combined. Coupons are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or credit.

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site.
