With this new program, registered non-profit organizations can earn 10% back from every sale that originates from their site.

Organization must be a registered non-profit
Contact person must be a legal resident of the U.S. or Canada and at least 18 years old.
Only one application per Tax ID
Referees must click on the HealthyPets.com Banner from organizations site in order to track order and referral.

Fill out the following form and include the background information on your cause, your organization size and contact information.
Complete the W9 form.
E-mail both forms to partnerprogram@HealthyPets.com
Once your application has been received HealthyPets.com will review it and respond back via e-mail in 7-10 business days.
After approval, HealthyPets.com will e-mail requested banner size(s) along with tracking link.
We send checks out every month to partners who have accumulated a balance of at least $50. You can expect to receive your check approximately 30 days after the end of the month.
Check referring traffic from your organizations website and order totals through a tracking link provided by HealthyPets.com
